You being an in-house legal "EXPERT" must know that one of the major reasons for existense of private enterprise in the free market economy is creation of profit, not a destraction of shareholders value. And PIERRE is PERSONNALLY RESPONSIBLE for that. And all the while HE is RUNNING COMPANY INTO THE GROUND he is compensated HANDSOMELY AT OUR EXPENSE, RIGHT???
Your funny guy, suggest your buddies in management to sue me and all other suffering shareholders for demanding PIERRE to go and once, for a change, accept the real responsibility for his failures.
