RE:all investors can vote for new board members and chairTVest has a lot of shares? What do you consider a lot? Last time I looked on Sedar, although a few weeks ago, they only had what I remember as 24 million. That is only 3%.
Sure they have well over 100 million warrants, but there is no vote for warrants.
