28 cents again?just take a look at PLI chart. It’s as damning as it gets. Extensive, uninterrupted and clearly defined downtrend with some temporary blips. Lower highs, lower lows.

Better late than never. For the rest of believers - 28 cents is still better than 15. Much better. But of course there is no rush, still there is time to lose!
