I see that a little bit like an IPO and we are like the banks who suscribe before the share goes on the market, but usually there is an hype before an IPO and the share price goes up. In our case, knowing the background of the company, I think the stock price will be flat when all the refinancing will be done. If investors would think that there will be a boost in the stock price after the financing, they would buy right now to benefits from that boost and the stock price would go up now? If so, it would be better for me to sell my shares and buy back when the refinancing is done. I'll think about that, lol!
