Complaints to the AMF

Complaints to the AMFFor those like me who keep gathering documents daily, and keep complaining a few times a week or more, we may be able to work the "conflict of interest" angle with Clulow on the board of directors (insider), and then out of nowhere, his boss (Thomvest/Thomson) now owns the company...
If you can put your own story together, timelines, your own suspicion how the deal came to be etc, please send it to the AMF. We may still have some time.

ALSO, if you have any communications with Fred, Pierre or others at the company, where you mention that you would like to see a rights offering, and that the company reply may make mention of "we will look at every option", please include that documentation as well.

Any stories you may have about Pierre "quitting", not saying a single word on his way out, replaced by an interim CEO who didn't do his job as a chairman of the board, mislead us in thinking many things were in motion to raise funds (other than to give the company away), placing a second member of Thomvest on the board, replacing the interim CEO as soon as the company was given away by that same Dr Simon Best puppet, and then making the Clulow guy chairman of the board...

If that doesn't smell like a coup. what does? Everything to me looks pretty obvious, Company would have known months ago that funds needed to be raised in order to survive, but they didn't do it. They prefered going the route of declaring a financial crisis and applying for hardship before looking at other options, or giving those options a chance to come to fruition, or coming to their existing shareholders for a rights offering at $0.15 or even $0.30 before the debacle. Look at the price history and tell me this sharp drop followed by the debt restructuring at $0.01521 wasnt premeditated?

Take the time to document your side of the story and send it to the AMF. They might not be able to do much for us, but they've already done a lot more than the useless IIroc, TSC and OSC organisations.
