RE:We have to keep up pressure at the AMFInvestmentbank, your post was really interesting and gets the point across to contact AMF.
On a separate note, I wonder why TV set up their restructure to FORCE the retail investor to raise $ in order to have any MEANINGFUL participation. Yes, new $ is best scenario for the retail investor (maybe) but most like me, had to sell some PLI shares to raise that $. It's appealing because the current share price is REMAINING STEADY?? at .05 to .06 cents with the rights offer at .0152 (approx.). BUT it's becoming clearer every day that we will probably NOT GET 20 shares for 1. It's probably best to think 7 for 1. Could TV anticipated that most retail investors will have to sell some of their shares?? Are we doing want they want?? I'm now starting to think that IF something goes wrong for TV before the rights offering is executed such as AMF intervention, I have already sold half my shares.... Why would CCAbbott post daily, many, many times on this topic. CCAbott was never around 3 months ago and has admitted he/she doesn't own any PLI shares. We don't know the cutoff date for TV for shares held? I just know at this point and time I have a lot less shares than I did 2 weeks ago...If CC Abott hadn't surfaced I probably would have hung on to ALL my shares and hope for the best. Maybe Abbott is a white knight but ....??
