what bothers me the is the consolidation to come at 1000 for 1 most likely.
100,000 shares, if you convert, give you 2,000,000 shares and cost 30,000$ or so
1000 for 1 =. 2,000 shares at 1.50 a share
After consolidation your 100,000 shares (1000 for 1) turns into 100 shares at 1.50
You hand up with 2100 at 1.50 = 3150$
Take the amount of money that you putted in less 3150$ will equal your loses
Am I RIGHT?
