ODD - I SOLD the last of my PLI shareson Friday May 21 because I decided NOT to take part in the Rights offering. Today, I received 3 different envelopes from 2 different Institutions (3 accts) URGING me to contact them by June 11 IF I want to exercise my Rights. I thought it was going to be conrolled. The new buyer would get the rights because he would have purchased on May 21 and therefor be entitled?? I must admit one Institution said he had not heard anything about a Rights offering. He said usually they get 2 weeks advance notice on something like this so they are prepared. Too bad I can't sell these rights because I don't want them. Probably NEWCAMO can get an answer on this.... Poor guy that bought my shares on May 21....
