RE:Rights offering mailing arrived lateI suspect the late arrival of rights offering was all part of theTV plan.  I don't think they wanted the rights offering to be fully subcribed. Yes, TV wanted SOME retail investors to participate. It makes them look like they are being compassionate by offering something special to existing wiped out shareholders. BUT in the end I thinkTV will get rid of the people that subscibed to those rights so really, the less participation the better.  Also, if TV raised 75M easily, it doesn't exacly look like they are working in HARDSHIP mode....
