P 75, they are explaining the licence contract between Liminal and Innovon Pierre Laurin company. Liminal never discloses that that they are in default but in fact they are. They are not doing R&D and promotion that they should do.
P 89, they confirm that Galbraith and Bridger were shareolders of Fairhaven and just bought their own company not for science but in fact, just for money.
were are the transparency and honesty ?
