In the end I decided to rip the band-aid off take the tax loss and invest elsewhere fortunately for me I was able to recoup the loss I wish you the best of luck as that is not an insignificant amount you are down and I don't blame you for not investing another cent into LMNL as it is still a poorly managed crapshoot
