They develop them and their exit point is a merger/acquisition, we're not there yet, riplazym should get a ok from the FDA in weeks ( FDA never takes all the alloted time, riplazym already was investigated in the past, flawless, FDA just required check points ). A commercial partnership will of course be found with the green light from the FDA. If thomvest had any plans of taking lmnl private, they wouldnt have changed the name and they would have stayed on the tsx, not move to nasdaq...
i feel they are playing..... => they own like 70% of all stock, the sp went south recently, they know they have the FDA green light incoming soon on riplazym, they want to ... back up the truck and make up for their losses on paper...
