they told tsx on application for hardship that they

they told tsx on application for hardship that theytried but could not raise any money   exhausted all avenues 

did they really try hard   they knew they could raise a lot of money with right's offering since they did raise 38 million AFTER THEY WIPED OUT RETAIL INVESTORS  

why didn't they offer that MONTHS BEFORE  could have raise over 100 million when people still had confidence

ANSWER IS SIMPLE IF THEY WOULD HAVE RAISED MONEY THEY WOULD NOT HAVE MET THE TSX CRITERIA FOR HARDSHIP AND COULD NOT HAVE TAKEN OVER PROMETIC 
dilution of 1000/1   converted  loan plus all interest  they just negotiated few months before  
this was well planned takeover   

they under estimated retail investors  quebec judge will decide
