Those Prometic shareholders who accepted the 'rights offer' did so in 'good faith' with hope and confidence that Thomvest would manage the coveted Prometic technologies with expert scientific and management skills. Just he opposite has happenedt!!! As Liminal gets delisted or goes into bankruptcy Thomvest will become very, very rich and those poor shareholders will lose everthing a second time around. Someone should write a book on this outragous theft!
