'Right's Offer' extended to Prometic shareholders

'Right's Offer' extended to Prometic shareholdersby Thomvest.  WOW! did they ever buy into a 'bag of deceipt'. Thomvest, owned by Peter Thomson  of the Canadian Thomson billionaire family should be ASHAMED for their UNETHICAL and possible criminal behaviour.  Those Prometic shareholders who accepted the 'rights offer' did so in 'good faith' with hope and confidence that Thomvest would manage the coveted  Prometic technologies with expert scientific and management skills.  Just he opposite has happenedt!!! As Liminal gets delisted or goes into bankruptcy Thomvest will become very, very rich and those poor shareholders will lose everthing a second time around. Someone should write a book on this outragous theft!
