When they wiped out retail investors 2 years ago andConverted their debt into equity part of their strategy re takeover then they kept a small loan on the books with multiple collateral attached to this loan

during 2019 agm when questioned Galbraith why they kept this loan he answered we didn't want to further dilute share ; lawyers have this on audio    This after they massively diluted shares  

this plus several other documented issues will come out during discovery ie questioning under oath
