HOW this can be even Legal?what's going on with this story is quite surreal indeed. After spending hundred million dollars of investor's money they removed all valuable assets from the company and collapsed stock to what, 0.01% of it's original value? Seriously? Since only "rights offering", if it even can be called this way, this peasOffSheat lost 90% if my math is correct.
Who in their RIGHT mind can be invested now in this disgusting thing? It's just beyond me.
Obviously attractive way is shorting this garbage..... BUT keeping in mind that crooks can manipulate this stock up temporary any time, that's the risk.
So considering with what kind of disgusting low lives we are dealing here (professional crooks and in complete control) it is not easy to outfox them being an outsider and having zero control on events....
