Ironically, if a post mortem test is made more widely available and its quick and reasonably reliable, it might very well expose the world to the degree of the problem that exists in cattle industry worldwide. Many predict the problem is HUGE relative to what authorities have let-on.
This might very well focus more attention on the severity of existing problems in the blood supply and exacerbate the need for removal devices... hows that for a spin ?
