RE: First Associate buying the hell out of PLI !
If I am not mistaken, the ex Biotech portfolio manager from Caisse de Depot moved to First Associates as their Biotech analyst about 3 months ago. When at Caisse, this guy liked the Prometic story and was largely responsible for their 5 million share position in PLI.
I expect that Prometic has been in touch with him and I wouldnt be surprised at all if he were to put out some kind of research report on Prometic for First Associates. This buying just might have something to do with an imminent report.
