Its really really unfortunate that this board has deteriorated to the extent that it has. I just dont have the patience to read and post anymore because of all of the squabbling and bs and useless drivel. Guys, this used to be a forum for great information exchange an useful insights and opinions...
Prometic's last few months have been as challenging as I can remember, I have had a large position ( and building ) for over three years.
The stocks action is no doubt affected by the overall sector but I continue to believe that management needs to be strengthened considerably. In my opinion, while there's no doubt he's improving, Pierre is continuing to make alot of the same mistakes he's made for years.... Mistakes that a company of this size simply cant afford to make if they want the trust and credibility that the institutional and savvy private investors demand.
Ironically, this continued fumbling of communication and expectations by management has only served to further widen the gap between the fundamental enterprise / technology value of this company and its market cap. I continue to bet that patience will pay off and the despite management fumblings, the fundamental business plan and technology will win.
I think Pierre needs to do these things and I would encourage all of you to communicate this message to IR, Management and to Board Members.
1. Dissolve the Multiple Voting Shares immediately
2. Hire a professional IR / PR firm to work with Nicole Blanchard to do something about the awful communication and virtual non-existant promotion of the story
3. Hire solid COO , CFO to work with Pierre.
