I must say I see this as a positive. While I am frustrated that management telegraphed this to the degree that they did and then subesequently took so long to do. I am glad that they arent doing a huge issue at these price levels. I think we are in for a considerable bounce from these levels as traders cover their shorts and institutions start buying again knowing what the near future is going to bring.
Ironically, its a positive that the issue is spread among these institutions because I think you can bet on new or updated analyst coverage. Lets get this out of the way and move on.
