Pierre's listening, his options are limited

Pierre's listening, his options are limitedI have vehemently expressed my opinion to Pierre. I sincerely hoped he gets better at listening to those around him. While he is an absolutely brilliant man, he really doesnt know how to get the most out of peoples expertise, especially in areas where he lacks knowledge or experience. He has really struggled to surround himself with strong people and empower them. I hope that changes. I think the steps of adding strong people like Kym Anthony ( Ceo of National Bank )and Andrew Clark.to the board of directors is a step in the right direction. These guys are experienced and they wont take any crap. The ultimate irony of the situation the company's in is the fact that the underlying fundamentals of the company's businesses and pipeline have ABSOLUTELY never been stronger. Unfortunately Pierre's fumbling and extremely poor judgement has never been worse
