It's pretty hard to get a meaningful sample from 239 kg out of a 2 hectare pipe... certainly the sample size is not large enough to be representative of the population.
That being said, since this sample is all we have to go on, I calculate this sample showing 74.4 cpht. Take that with a large grain of salt.
