Actually, I'm not in sales, and never have been.

I have an honours degree in finance. I work in investment management. I'm writing the final levels of both the CFA and the FRM this year. My goal is a career in equity research in either the mining or energy sectors once I move next year. You're not going to score any points by trying to insult my intelligence. I don't consider myself the smartest guy in the room by any means, but I can hold my own in a discussion about valuation, thank you very much.

You made a mistake in valuing CH-6, that's for sure. It's not that you have no incentive to tell us exactly what it is, it's that you have absolutely NO idea what you are talking about.
