An upgrade would require previous coverage. As it stands, there's only 1 research division that has attempted to value PGD, and that is the one at Salman. ($5.10 was the target when I last checked, but I think they put it up recently)

Kaiser covers this but he doesn't usually give set targets. He is promoting a "buy" with a target range of $5-10.

Dundee rates this a buy, but doesn't give a price target. Besides, they have a bit of a conflict of interest since they have a hand in PGD's financing.

So, as it stands, PGD has no coverage at all from any major brokers. That could change after all of the results come in from the 2010 program, but it's still too speculative right now for any of them to stick their necks out with a recommendation.
