RE: RE: TheoryThe difference might be subtle but there is a significant difference between having news and holding it back vs. putting results in a different queue.

The former is against securities law, and the latter is shrewd planning. It's all in the wording, where yours insinuated that they'd actively keep material news from being disseminated to the public. Perhaps that was not your intention, and if I shot you down on a misperception then I apologize.
