Moving cargo and supplies in/out of the north.Don't worry about the infrastructure folks, the industry will take care of that all by themselves. If they have to fly helicopters and charter planes, they will. All I am saying is the discussion regarding roads and ports are red herrings. This diamond find only needs to be feasible to mine. Buy or dont, on the merit of the find, not the apparent lack of infrastrucutre. That's all I am trying to say here. Trade on.
