RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:.20 Agreed. They should have sold up to the .21 point.
0.21 cents at 210mil shares oustanding (after the rights close) equals a market value of $44.1million. I personally feel that is ridiculessly under valued for a company with what Peregrine has proven is there and in the area it is in. I know Iqaluit, I will be there tomorrow, will stop by the trade show and I can tell you this will happen. Other people see Iqaluit on a map and go oh wow no way can this happen, if this same deposit was in North West Territories it would easily be $250-350mil market value, look at KDI.
We were at $60mil market value before this financing, now we will have $15mil in the bank, just got great drill results that show a potential increase of 10-20% across the main pipes of interest and are staring at the largest bulk sample / drill program of the past 4 years.
For those who bought in way higher yeah your right, if you didnt sell to buy back in, or couldnt afford to exercise all your rights and potentially cant exercise all your warrants yeah it was a tough break. For the people getting in now or who are staring at averages below $100mil market value, I believe will be quite happy with this investment in the years to come.
