RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:15 cents by Friday....That big block to Robert was from Dundee. Those big blocks from Dundee Securities are not showing up on any insider reports. So I can only assume these are shares purchased previously not from this last placement.

Your saying they can open market 33-million shares easily. I do not believe they can obtain that volume of shares on the open market with consistent buying up over several days. The largest blocks traded hands previously have come from Dundee selling, but Dundee selling would not result in an increased ownership % across the big 3. So they would be forced to purchase them from us.

I think a more likely scenario for going private, if that is indeed their goal at this stage, is to hold the price down now scoop up all the warrants they can to create their % increase. If all the warrants are converted to shares they represent 25% of all the shares outstanding. As the big 3 already own the lions share of the warrants it seems the least volatile way of increasing ownership.
