A nice 20 carat stone from CH-6 could easily push the average price to $250 or greater.
It would be interesting if they decide to twin the original CH6A hole with one of the DDC holes.
That was the 10+ cpt hit with a stone count above the 0.85 sieve of 49 stones for 200 kg's or a whopping 245 stones per tonne. Compare to the current bulk sample results of 40 stones per tonne on the 0.85 sieve.
I'm going to flip on the other side and speculate that the grade will increase slightly for ch-6..but the valuation will be modelled very similar plus 5 to 10% due to rough diamond price increases over that timeframe. You may get that $250 on the higher end just by re-valuing the existing set of jewels.
You are bang on about the rock value. Profit margin on CH-6 open pit is going to make Chidliak have the fastest payback of almost any project out there.
