okay, why a PP. We just raised 15 million, expectations from management HAS to be that the warrants won't expire without raising another 15 million. WTF is this PP? I know another 10 million shares on top of the extra 150 million they required for the financing isn't a whole lot but it is still dilution! How important was another 2 million at this point???? This stinks. If they need 2 million to pop a few holes this winter, they had 15.....
