RE:RE:On a completely unrelated topic - Home insuranceIt might be so, but his insurance is just content, townhouses are usually insured by Strata. The increase is just that, more expense. I would say that is related to the markets as well. Central banks make it very difficult for anyone to get any return on their money outside of the stocks (but that was the ideea, creating the illusion of wealth, no?). All the conventional ways are out of question, so you pay what these companies are missing out.
All this might end up hurting us eventually. Everyone is talking about the increasing demand, but no one is considering the possible issues. How about the Chinese real estate market crashing? That would take out a big chunk of the global demand for diamonds, not to mention all the commodities and the sectors related to them. Double whammy for us.
To stand a chance in trading we have to consider both sides, the good and bad. Today nothing is straigth forward, it's confusing the best.
