RE:Like the cat came back

RE:Like the cat came backFairly significant event and the tailings breach at Mount Polley could weigh heavily on Snap Lake.

A lot of sediment and materials were released in the lake. (apparently non-toxic).

Snap lake wants to raise the limit of particles in water that it discharges into snap lake.

...and if they don't get that limit raised..they will close it down early.

This does not have good optics.

There are always unknown risks at going underground. Snap lake is an example now. Ask Agnico Eagles about its water logged mine that closed down.

Majority of undergrounds have ways to control issues that come up...but not always.

Renard is mostly underground.  They are inevitably going to hit unknown problems and it just depends on what they do and what they can do to execute through the problems.

Financial risk for Renard is low...operating margin is at question...any operating risk that arises and....cash flow issues.

LONG...PGD
