I did go to the AGM and will go into detail on the blog tonight when I have a bit of time.

Biggest snippet is that the reason that Tom and Eric were not available to attend the meeting is that they were overseas (ie. not North America) on Peregrine Diamonds business related to drumming up more funding.

It is not a far cry to connect the dots with the fact that Robert is also overseas and signed a $100 million deal last week. Ned is also overseas too.

If things go well...the $15 million warrant injection might just be part of the near term future $$'s.

Of course these things sometimes come up empty and just a lot of discussions behind closed doors that don't go anywhere......hopefully they find something reasonable and appetizing enough for existing shareholders.

I'll elaborate more details from the AGM later tonight.
