there isn't a lot of very strong projects out there.
Positive feasibility, yes. Worth the risk...not many.
It isn't just about banks as well. You also have to throw in debentures as well..which is a debt financing to the public.
The less risk the project possesses, the lower interest rate you have to charge on a debenture.
The Friedland's will have a few options when we get to that point.
