Very well said that some of us are getting on each other's nerves as we are kinda like a small family, close but not so close, but we are anonymous thus able to push buttons without to much to worry about.  

I'm a little worried that it's going to get worse before it gets better and maybe we are going to need a referee or a vote of confidence from everyone to be on our best behavior and show restraint if at all possible.

Time is flying though, as Sept is just around the corner and before ya know it, it will be Xmas.
