RE:Won't take muchMy estimate has been 500mill, minimum, as well. And that's where I see the problem for a takeover. That is not cheap, especially as a takeover. A JV at 100mill or so makes a lot more sense for the other side. Reduces the risk considerably but leaves a nice potential for a serious upside.
