I dont see how +$200/carat is even a remote possibility given the sample. Largest diamonds of 5carat's, not a ridiculess amount of +2carat stones, im thinking $125-150ish with a range of $100-175. Though I am not sure if a valuation model can properly adjust for breakage in a sample into their results.
I am basing this estimate purely on size of diamonds and color distribution. Both of which are lower than the CH-6 sample which to me spells out quite clearly lower valuations in a mining scenario.
