RE:SHAREHOLDERS NEED TO HOLD PGD TO ACCOUNT... I wonder if the breakage has anything to do with drill speed/pressure, I am assuming it does. Imagine you are on a drill crew and you are in a nice warm comfortable place and then imagine you are on a drill crew in the middle of the north in the harshest winter conditions.....which circumstance are you more likely to try to speed up the drilling pressure and push your equipment to move quicker?

I bet this comes down to lack of project management during the actual drilling and the operators pushing the equipment beyond desired recovery rate 1. due to the conditions 2. to beat the tight time frame.
