I suspect PGD will worry about how to keep their staff employed and preserve capital. If CH-7 doesn't move the needle, neither will the results from CH-44. The good news is that if the SP doesn't pop and PGD does carry on with some bulk sample work, we know that the Freidlands are prepared to top up the story once again in the fall. Here's hoping the SP allows us to move the story forward in spite of the headwinds.

If the Friedlands decide to finance, the money will be used to get the PEA and start planning for a mine. There will be no more money wasted for exploration. The feasability is the key, based on what  they have now. If the mine pays for itself, good, they will find what else is there while getting the already know stuff out.
