RE:Have 5000 rights don't know what to do with them.
The information I have is that to ensure the trade goes through I have to inform my bank no later than Jan.22 of my decision. There are several things you could do and it is entirely up to your comfort level. 1. You could simply let the rights expire unused. You would not put more money into this and just wait and see what happens. 2. Sell enough shares at say 0.115 to cover the cost of all of your rights. Exercise your rights at 0.10 and you will have effectively averaged down and also slightly increased your % holding. 3. Sell as many shares as are equal to shares you can purchase through rights. This will lower your cost base and get a bit of your capital out. 4. Put in more money by exercising all of your rights and exercising your right to oversubscribe. If you exercise all of your rights you can oversubscribe for as many shares as you have cash for and could potentially drastically drop your average share price for 0.10 a share. Once again it is all about what you are comfortable with. The next major news should come in March which should be low valuations for CH-7 and then a lowball PEA. It is low because of the very high diamond breakage that occurred when collecting the CH-7 bulk sample but even with the breakage the fact that so many large stones showed it is actually quite encouraging. Good luck with your decision. One thing I encourage all shareholders to do is ask questions to management, Tom has never failed to get back to me within a few days. Go to the website www.pdiam.com, go to the contact us section and fill out a form or if you are in Canada give them a call. Remember you own a piece of a company and that company is about to release a PEA on the Chidliak diamond project which will in plain language show the economic potential of that site.
