Do you honestly believe that BHP would give the royality up for a sorry sum of 125K if what you believe was actually a possibility? With what is known at this time? Would they be that stupid, did everyone, me, the market, aside from several pompoms here, miss all that?? Or is it more likely that they did a review of what is known, decided it was hardly worth the hassel of litigation and settled. I give Tom big marks for settling, but this news will only be significant if there is a mine, there is much more money to be spent to find that out yet. See your note on 44......I agree.....think about that for a while.
