RE:RE:RE:dundee lvl llit is Dundee securities, an investment dealer. Their clients might have millions of shares, but it's about the same as saying that people on SH have millions of shares, not relevant to trading.
At one point I read that they offer access to TSX for international clients. If the sellers bought in USD when PGD was trading at 10c, selling here makes sense. 10k CAD was~ 7050USD, now gets them almost 11000USD. That is 50% return. Even if their selling only stops the climb, next week's announcement could drop the CAD 10%.The oil could do the same. If PGD drops in the meantime, even better for them.
So even if PGD finds support here, they might end up with a decent gain.
