RE:RE:RE:Definitelyone lot could be used to test the water, sentiment or just to force a move. It is cheap on these penny stocks to try to manipulate them.
This one caught my attention because it's a house that seldom shows up here. There was the 1 lot sold at 19, there is a buy at 13c and another ask at 23, that's it. So for sure not manipulation.
