RE:RE:RE:6 weeks awayIt is all about the deal. Either a JV/Sale is in-bound or another financing is in-bound. If you believe the former you should be buying or holding depending on what your position allows for if you believe the latter you should be selling or preparing to dig into your own pockets further.

Personally I have participated in two financings; the one at 0.21 and the one at 0.10 and I am prepared to participate in a third provided we get a JUICY warrant this time of say two years. One year does not cut it due to the processing time due to short seasons and shipping windows.

I will be upset if they do a $20-30-million Private Placement to some company at a discount to market, I would prefer a sale of a % of the claim to carry us through to production with buy in options along the development curve but I 100% believe this is a mine and I have been able to successfully average down every single time they have financed to the point where I am well above water at current levels. Not for the risk averse or the cash strapped
