RE:RE:RE:Question for All

RE:RE:RE:Question for AllThe NPV with the two shallow pits will be in the neighbourhood of CAD$500 million to CAD$1 billion.

What isn't written is the value of the stuff below 260 metres depth at CH-6.

That is the post-PEA sweetener and that is where you can get to CAD$1 billion to CAD$1.5 billion in NPV (after tax).

I believe JDS has the ability to recommend stuff in a section in the PEA.
I would hope they highlight the deepening of CH6 resource could have material positive effect on the NPV if the tonnage/grade/value gets translated at depth. They can recommend and still have that cavaet in it. Maybe I'll check out a couple of open pit PEA's from other projects and see what recommendations they may hold.

There will obviously be a highlight saying the deposit is open a depth and really 300 metres down is not that far....some deposits don't start until 300 metres down and Renard is trying to go 1000 metres down as business per usual.

Take out at of PGD at PEA NPV would not be out of the question given there is a half billion in undefined upside...that doesn't include all the other pipes and all the other undiscovered pipes.

I would take a market rally of 50% of PEA basecase NPV.

Like I've said recently, the kaminak takeover and this other one from yesterday should give big traction to pushing up the market value to a reasonable fraction of the NPV.

LONG...PGD
