Snippets from Technical report

Snippets from Technical reportHere are some some snippets from the technical report that are probably worth of discussion at some level. Not organized by any degree..other then sequentially from the report.

Page 1 - Figure 1-1 --> It looks like there is only one major major watercourse to get over for an all season road. One that would require a significant bridge. There will be a few other's along the way...but maybe a culvert will do?

Kim-C 14%
Kim-L 77%
wKim-L 9%
Kim-2 61%

...and bulk sampling of the high grade KIM-L domain to generate macrodiamond data for grade estimation and to increase confidence in estimates of average diamond value.

Peregrine currently has 100 % ownership of all claims at Chidliak and is not subject to a royalty.

There is no record of prior claims in the region of what is now the Chidliak project, which is currently 100 % owned by Peregrine.

Domain S - 0.45 carats@ 1.18mm sieve @ 153.6 kg = 2.9 cpt

2010 mini bulk at ch6 - kim-c = 1.12 cpt at 1.18 mm sieve

Large amounts of clay in certain portions of the sample caused minor processing issues, which, in a production scenario, would be easily addressed by ore blending, sufficient scrubbing and design of slimes handling (Coopersmith, 2016).

CH7
Processing produced 17,201 kg of concentrate, with high DMS yields, often averaging 4 % and consisting of large amounts of olivine. Samples from KIM-5 had anomalously high yield of over 10 % at times (McCubbing and Coopersmith, 2016).

CH6 bulk
A total of 1,920.37 kg of DMS concentrate was produced, representing a 0.41 % yield (Thomson, 2013).

CH7- domain 1
Processing produced 928.95 kg of concentrate, representing a 1.85% yield.

CH6 - mini
Processing produced 127.15 kg of concentrate, representing a 0.87 % yield

HG material in CH-6 has higher density

Density of CH-6 increases at depth.

CH6 - Kim -L - .30% - specials 10.8 0.16% - 15 carat .09% - 20 carat
For CH6:

1 x 15 carat stone ever 9,375 carat parcel
1 x 20 carat stone ever 22,222 carat parcel
CH7
Domain 1:
1 x special every 1,440 carat parcel
1 x 15 carat stone ever 3,409 carat parcel
1 x 20 carat stone ever 5,714 carat parcel
Domain 2:

1 x 15 carat stone ever 9,375 carat parcel
1 x 20 carat stone ever 14,285 carat parcel
Domain 3:

1 x 20 carat stone ever 16,666 carat parcel

The assumed average diamond price for the CH-6 Mineral Resource was based on the US$213 per carat average value for 1,013.5 carats of CH-6 diamonds as valued by WWW International Diamond Consultants Ltd (WWW) on a February 24, 2014 price book (WWW, 2014). The assumed average diamond price for the CH-7 Mineral Resource was based on the higher range modelled price of US$155 per carat as determined by WWW in February 2016 (WWW, 2016b). In both instances the adopted diamond values are higher than the current best estimates provided in the Mineral Resource estimate (Section 14.2.4 and 14.3.4).

The use of higher values is considered justified based on the long- term market outlook for diamond prices combined with WWW (2016a) stating that recent prices for rough diamonds have been under pressure due in part to an excess of polished stock.

WWW is projecting that over a ten year period there will be real price growth in excess of 2.5 % per annum.

LONG...PGD
