Read his estimate over and over and over until you get his IRR target for Chidliak.
then when KDI puts out its PEA bomb after PGDs is in the market place then do you best here to try to dumb down investors to your level of diamond investing.You just might get lucky and get a few followers to play with you in your uneconomic sand box while others like me drive to the bank.
