If people are only scared of the location, we are golden. There is no downside, just upside then because anything under 1B will be better than what is priced in, so instant correction up.
If people are concerned about what's beyond the PEA, then any upside will be met with selling and unless Oiltar is right and big money comes in, we are back to where we were. Big discount and years of waiting, unless someone will use the financing to start a position for bargaining.
Cudjo sees one side only, Oiltar and co. see the other side. Realists will consider both options.
The only sure way of seeing a nice bump in price that sticks is a deal, the PEA will most likely have a temporary effect only.
