RE:RE:RE:Focus on Roadthanks ekim, question is, as you mention, a great deal of this could be started without millions, but would you if you really intended to sell it and not mine it? That has been tossed around a bit.
To those who know, yourself ekim, or maybe xDeBeers if he is still around. When would you start the process of permitting etc etc for a road. May be a "canary in the mine", pun not intended, to the longs who are thinking the Friedlands will sell it, not mine it.
