Due Diligence – Long Weekend Summary

Due Diligence – Long Weekend Summary
Maybe grab another coffee or a brewskie or spliff? before you continue...

A lengthy summary of some weekend DD thoughts:

What if Kaizen Discovery (R Friedland’s HPX TechCo and Japan’s ITOCHU) join PGD’s quest as Strategic Partners?

Are the following electronic what-if notes a stretch? Maybe.
Is this scenario possible? Perhaps.

It’s been my experience that some Strategic Partnerships come out of nowhere & seem obscure at first.

Only you can decide how farfetched this what-if is. Remember though, never say never.

The Japanese (and billionaire Robert Friedland) have chosen this young man to find new mines

Majority Shareholder = HPX TechCo (i.e. Robert Friedland)

Strategic Partner = ITOCHU

The DD thinking here is to source out a strong Strategic Partner whose revenues are NOT dependent upon (weakened) commodities/resources...

At 5:30 of this video - how ironic would (will) this be?
“ITOCHU has achieved the goal of becoming the No. 1 non-resources trading company”

Also note in this video, this is a Japanese company building a gateway to Chinese trade, as well as trade in many other Asian markets (keep your enemies closer – very smart thinking).

OK, time for another brewskie or spliff, and get your permagrin smile on.

All PGD longs:  Peregrine = permagrin
